Change Your Order Information

You can update the address, payment method, and more, on orders that haven't entered the shipping process by visiting Your Orders in Your Account.

To change order information of an open order, go to

How to change your orders

  1. Go to Your Orders
  2. Select Order Details for the order that you want to change.
  3. Select Change next to the details you want to update.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to make your changes.

Some cancellation or change options may not be available on mobile devices. Use a desktop computer for more options.

Making modifications to your order can impact your Delivery Date. You can check the updated delivery date after completion on the order modification in the Your Orders section.

Orders shipped by Amazon

You can make changes until the order enters the shipping process.

If the order has already been shipped, contact the carrier directly to request address changes. Visit Carrier Contact Information for details.

Can't update the shipping address?

If the item hasn't shipped and you need to update the address:

  1. Request a cancellation for the current order.
  2. Place a new order with the correct address.

Change Marketplace orders

  • In Your Orders, you can make changes if it's been less than 30 minutes since you placed the order.

  • To request changes after 30 minutes, select Contact seller.

  • If you need to update the address and the item hasn't shipped yet, request a cancellation and place a new order.
