For orders shipped by Amazon:
If the order hasn't entered the shipping process, you can cancel individual items or your entire order. Once the order has entered the shipping process, it's too late to cancel (unless Amazon is delivering the order, and not a third-party carrier). However, you may be entitled to return items after receipt using Your Orders. Visit our Returns Policies for more information about your return rights.
If your order includes a multi-item set, cancelling one item in the set will cancel all items that haven't already been shipped. This procedure applies to multi-item sets or bundle offers.
If Amazon (and not a third-party carrier) is delivering your order and your order has already been shipped, you can cancel the delivery and request that it's returned to us by visiting Your Orders, selecting Track My Parcel, and then Cancel the Delivery.
For orders shipped by a Marketplace Seller:
Once an item/order is successfully cancelled, you'll get an email confirming the cancellation.
You can also confirm that an item or entire order was cancelled by visiting Your Orders. If you cancelled the entire order, the order moves to the Cancelled Orders section. An item cancelled from an order will no longer show as part of the order in the Orders section.
Any payment that has been made in relation to the cancelled items/ order will be refunded within 5-7 business days.
