What happens when we can't deliver your package?
The package is returned to Amazon, and we'll process your refund.
To stay informed of delivery changes, consider signing up to receive shipment updates via text message.
When will I receive my refund?
You can track your refund in Your Orders. Find the returned product and select View return status.
Generally, refunds for undeliverable shipments for items sold and fulfilled by Amazon are issued within five business days.

Can Amazon resend the order?
We can't resend orders. Place a new order selecting the item from Your Orders.
What if a Marketplace seller sold and shipped my order?
Contact the seller directly for assistance.
If you're not satisfied with the seller solution or they don't answer in 48 hours, visit What is the A-to-z Guarantee.
Why wasn't my package delivered?
A package may be returned as undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect, incomplete, or out-of-date address. Visit Your Addresses to update your shipping addresses and add delivery preferences for future orders.
- Failed carrier delivery attempts.
- A recipient refused the delivery.
- Address label became illegible in transit.
- The package was damaged in transit.
- Delivery restrictions (such as correctional facility).
- Driver safety concerns due to the presence of a dog.
