There are two ways to check the status of your refund:
- Go to Your Orders
- Next to the relevant order, select view return / refund status
Or:
- Go to Your Orders
- Next to the relevant order, select view order details
- The refund status is displayed under the order summary
Refund timeline:
Amazon will issue refunds for products shipped by Amazon within 14 days and confirm it by email. Sometimes it might take longer.
After the refund has been issued, you can expect to receive the refund in your bank account or credit card statement within 7 business days.
If your refund doesn't appear in your account, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, contact us.
