Check Your Refund Status
You can check your refund status in Your Orders.
To check your refund status, go to
Once you dropped off the item, the return tracker in Your Orders will show the expected date for each status. To find the return or refund status:
- Go to Your Orders.
- Select the relevant order.
- Select View Return/Refund Status.
Items returned directly to Amazon will have one of the following statuses:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Initiated | The return has been requested. We'll send you a confirmation email with your return code or a link to your return label. |
| Drop off | The return is on its way to our Returns Centre. |
| Received | The return has been delivered to our Returns Centre. We'll process your return within 14 days from the drop-off date. |
| Refund issued | We've issued a refund to the payment method that you chose while creating the return. For refunds to your debit or credit card, allow your bank 7 days to process the refund. |
| Refund credited | The refund has been credited to your original payment method or gift card balance. |
