Finding your carrier
To find out who is delivering your item:
- Go to Your Orders.
- Select Track Package.
- Find the carrier name and tracking number.
It might be a different carrier for each package.
When to contact a carrier
We work with carriers to deliver some items. Sometimes the carrier will be able to give more detailed information about your deliveries.
Contact the carrier to:
- Find a package that shows as delivered but you can't find it.
- Get an update if your delivery is late.
- Change your delivery address or instructions, as only Amazon can view the details in Your Orders.
- Update your safe place.
- Get detailed tracking.
- Reschedule your delivery.
- Get photo proof of delivery, if applicable.
