Audio Not Working on Your Fire TV
Fix audio issues on your Fire TV with the Audio and Video Diagnostics tool.
Note: The Audio and Video Diagnostics tool isn’t available on all Fire TV devices.
To fix audio issues, use the Audio and Video Diagnostics tool:
- Go to Settings
on your Fire TV. - Select Display & Sounds.
- Select Audio and Video Diagnostics.
- Select Troubleshoot Audio/Video Issues.
- Select No Audio when prompted.
- Follow the on-screen recommendations and complete the troubleshooting.
- If the issue continues, restart your Fire TV device.
