Kindle Scribe Premium Pen Controls

Use your Kindle Scribe Premium Pen with only a few controls.

Hardware Components Description
1. Eraser
  1. Flip your stylus pen so the eraser at the top is facing the screen.
  2. To activate the eraser, press the pen firmly down, then rub the eraser back and forth on the screen to erase the desired strokes.
2. Shortcut button Go to the device's settings to change the shortcut button function. For detailed instructions, visit Configure the Shortcut Button on Your Premium Pen.

Your Kindle Scribe device comes with a magnetic strip on the right side to attach and secure the premium pen.

How to Replace Your Premium Pen Nibs

Replace the tips if they're worn down or the pen writes without touching the screen.

  1. Remove the old tip using the included replacement tool.
  2. Insert the replacement tip into the opening until it's seated.
