Locate and Redeem Your Digital Software or Video Game

To install your software or digital game, locate and redeem your purchases from Your Games and Software Library.

Before you start, make sure that your device has a stable Internet connection for activation and installation. Also make sure to activate your software before installing by visiting either Activate Your Software Subscription from the Email Confirmation or Activate Your Software Subscription from Your Memberships and Subscriptions.

Go to Your Games and Software Library.
You can find the code associated with your digital game or software purchase against your purchase.
Enter the code exactly as it’s shown within the redemption process, while using the appropriate device (computer, console, or handheld device).

Tip: Select How to redeem your key on if you need help with redeeming your code.
Alternatively, select the Redeem from button when available. This option is only available for some digital game or software products. Once redirected, sign in to the appropriate third-party account. Your code will autofill, so there's no need to enter it manually.

Tip: If you receive a message that your code was already redeemed, ensure that the content isn’t already activated.
