Activate Your Software Subscription from Your Memberships and Subscriptions

You can activate software subscriptions from Your Memberships & Subscriptions.

To activate your purchased software subscription from Your Memberships & Subscriptions:

Go to Your Memberships & Subscriptions.
Select Activate Subscription.
For non-Microsoft Subscriptions: Select Create new account and link, if you don't have an account. It will take you to the page where you can link your third-party account.
For Microsoft Subscriptions: You will be redirected to the Microsoft website to activate the subscription.
Select from the Select Account drop-down located under Use saved account if you have an existing third-party account saved, and then Link existing account.

To access your Software Subscription after it's activated, check Access Your Software Subscription

Note: If you consistently don't receive your confirmation emails, please check that your Amazon account details have the correct email address. You may also want to check with your email provider to check if your emails are being filtered into your spam folder or blocked.
