Activate Your Software Subscription from the Email Confirmation

You can activate software subscriptions from the email confirmation.

To activate your software subscription purchased on Amazon:

Check for an email confirmation of your software subscription.
Select the Activate button.
You’re redirected to a page where you can sign in to the appropriate third-party account.

Tip: If you don’t have an account, select Create Account to set up a new account.
If you're unable to locate the email, please check your spam folder or any other sub folders.

Note: If you consistently don't receive your confirmation emails, please check that your Amazon account details have correct the email address. You may also want to check with your email provider to check if your emails are being filtered into your spam folder or blocked.
