Set Up Your Echo
Use the Alexa app to set up your Echo, Echo Dot, Echo Dot with clock, or Echo Dot Kids.
Tip: Before setup, download or update the Alexa app in your mobile device app store.
- Plug in your device.
- Open the Alexa app

- Select
, then select Add Device. - Select Amazon Echo.
- Select Echo, Echo Dot, Echo Pop and more. Follow the instructions to set up your device.
