We take phishing and spoofing attempts seriously. If you receive a suspicious call, SMS or email you think may not be from Amazon, report it immediately by following the steps below.

If you don't have an Amazon account
You can still report suspicious communication to us at reportascam@amazon.com.com. Sending the suspicious communication as an attachment is the best way for us to track it.
Reporting suspicious phone calls, text messages, and emails
The UK Home Office launched a Stop! Think Fraud [External link] campaign to give consumers the knowledge and tools to stay ahead of scams. Visit their page for more information.
You can also report a scam using one of the UK Home Office's preferred methods [External link].
In Ireland, you can report a scam to your local Garda station [External link].
To securely sign in to your Amazon account you can enable Passkey to simply use your face, fingerprint, or the PIN that you use to unlock your device. Passkeys are a convenient and secure way to sign in to your Amazon account without using a password.
