Report a scam
We take phishing and spoofing attempts seriously. If you receive a suspicious call, SMS or email you think may not be from Amazon, report it immediately by following the steps below.
If you receive a correspondence you think may not be from Amazon, forward the scam communication as an attachment to reportascam@amazon.com.
Amazon will not respond to you personally when you write to reportascam@amazon.com, but you may receive an automatic confirmation email.

- I have given remote access to my computer/devices

If you don't have an Amazon account
You can report suspicious communication to us at reportascam@amazon.com.com. Sending the suspicious communication as an attachment is the best way for us to track it.
Reporting suspicious phone calls, text messages, and emails

Passkeys
To securely sign in to your Amazon account you can enable Passkey to simply use your face, fingerprint, or the PIN that you use to unlock your device. Passkeys are a convenient and secure way to sign in to your Amazon account without using a password.
