If your item becomes defective after 30 days, you may want to contact the manufacturer for help.

If your product becomes defective and you can't return it through Your Orders, or you require the manufacturer's technical expertise, we provide you with the contact details of their support service. Contact the manufacturer by following the steps below.

  1. Visit Your Orders.
  2. Select Get product support next to the eligible item.
    Note: You'll only see this option if the item is eligible for product support.
  3. Select 'Contact the manufacturer' option.

Why Contact the Manufacturer?

Some manufacturers offer a dedicated support service to help customers resolve issues. If the manufacturer is unable to provide you with an answer to your problem, you can always contact Amazon customer service. If your product is under warranty, it may be eligible for Amazon Certified Repair.
