Linking Your Account to an Alexa Skill Doesn’t Work
Try these troubleshooting steps if you can't link your account or see an "Unable to link accounts" error in the Alexa app.
Try linking the skill on the Amazon website: https://www.amazon.co.uk/skills
- Search for the skill that you want.
Note: Add the word "skill" at the end of the skill name.
- Select the skill from the search results.
- Select Enable or Link Account.
- Complete linking your accounts.
Check to see if the Alexa app is updated to the latest version:
- If up to date, uninstall and reinstall the Alexa app.
