Alexa Skill Isn't Working Correctly
My Alexa Skill isn't working as expected.
To troubleshoot issues with Alexa skills:
- Turn off the skill and then back on. 
      Tip: Before turning off the skill, make sure that you have your login credentials, as you need them to reactivate the skill later.
 - If usingAmazon Family Profiles, verify that your device is on the correct profile. To verify your account, say "what profile are you in? To switch profiles, say "Switch account." 
      
- To check what profile you're using, ask "Alexa, what profile are you in"?
 - To switch profiles, say "Switch account."
 
 - Check the skill's detail page to see if it requires account linking. To link the account, select Link Account.
 - Some skills require certain permissions to provide you with the best experience. To check the required permissions for your skill: 
      
- Open the Alexa app 
. - Select More
. - Select Skills & Games.
 - Scroll down to Your Skills.
 - Select the skill.
 - Select Settings and check if any account permissions say Not Granted.
 
 - Open the Alexa app

   Alexa Privacy Settings (https://www.amazon.co.uk/alexaprivacysettings)in your Amazon account.
