Report Issues with a Skill

Use the Alexa App to report issues you encounter when using an Alexa Skill.

Most skills are developed by third-party developers, as such, Amazon customer service is unable to resolve many issues with these skills. To report an issue with a skill:

1. Open the Alexa app .
2. Select More .
3. Select Skills & Games.
4. Select Your Skills.
5. Select the skill with the issue.
6. Scroll down to the Feedback section and select Send Feedback.
7. Enter your feedback, and then select Submit Help .
