Set Up Your Echo Devices with a Screen for Home Monitoring
Home monitoring on your Echo device lets remote access your devices camera feed, sends you alerts or starts routines when motion is detected, and more.
Note: Settings menu items for
the Echo Hub and Echo Show 5 (all generations) may vary, and those devices will receive a software update soon.
To enable home monitoring from your device settings:
- Say, "Go to settings," or swipe down from the top of screen and select Settings.
- Select Privacy & Permissions.
- Select Home Monitoring.
- Follow the prompts to verify your account and turn on Home Monitoring.
