Contact a Marketplace Seller
Marketplace sellers handle customer service for orders shipped directly from them, unless the order is eligible for Amazon Prime. If you have already placed an order, you can contact the Marketplace seller via Your Orders.
To contact a Marketplace seller after placing an order:
- Go to Your Orders
- Next to the relevant order, select Contact Provider
- Select the appropriate options in the Seller Messaging Assistant chat or fill out the contact form.
- Your message will be sent to the seller via the The Buyer-Seller Messaging Service. They'll respond to you by email within 48 hours.
- You can also find the response in your Message Center (under the "Buyer/Seller Messages" tab).
To contact a Marketplace seller before placing an order:
- On the product detail page, select the name of the seller.
- On the next page, select Ask a question.
- Select the appropriate options in the Seller Messaging Assistant chat or fill out the contact form.
- Your message will be sent to the seller via the The Buyer-Seller Messaging Service. They'll respond to you by email within 48 hours.
- You can also find the response in your Message Center (under the "Buyer/Seller Messages" tab).
Note:
- If the seller does not respond within 48 hours, most orders placed with a Marketplace seller are covered by our A-to-z Guarantee. For more information on eligibility (item not received, defective or damaged item…), visit A-to-Z Guarantee.
- To request an order cancellation from a Marketplace seller, use the Cancel items button in Your Orders. For more information, visit Cancel Items or Orders
