Return a Kindle Book Order
Cancel an accidental book order within fourteen days.
Where a book has been partially read or in cases of abuse, refunds may be denied. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment source within three to five days.
Need to cancel a Kindle book order?
- Go to Manage Your Content and Devices and sign in with the Amazon account you used to make the purchase.
- From Your Content, select the Actions button next to the title, then select Return for Refund.
- In the pop-up window, choose the reason for return (optional), then select Return for Refund.
