Remove Books from Your Mobile Kindle App

Remove or delete a book to clear space on your home screen library.

1. Open the Kindle app.
2. Select and hold the book cover.
3. Select the Menu icon (three dots), and then Remove Download.
   • To return a Kindle+ book, select Return to Kindle+. Returning a book removes it from your library.
   • To return a Prime Reading book, select Return. Returning a book removes it from your library. If you wish to permanently keep a copy of the book, you can purchase it.
