Troubleshooting Network Outage
Identify and resolve network outages affecting devices on your home network.
If multiple devices on your home network have recently gone offline, you may be facing a network outage. Follow these steps to troubleshoot and restore connectivity:
Test Wi-Fi on Another Device: Confirm if the Wi-Fi is working on another device. This helps determine if the issue is specific to a particular device or a broader network problem.
Verify Modem/Router Status: Check if there's a network outage affecting your modem/router. Ensure that it's functioning correctly. If not, restart your modem/router and wait for the devices to reconnect.
Check for Power Outage: If there's a power outage, restore power and wait for the devices to reconnect.
Check for ISP Outage: If your devices still don’t get connected to the internet, there might be an outage with your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Contact your ISP for assistance and updates on the situation.
