What is Shuffle Mode vs. On-Demand Playback?

Amazon Music for Prime members now have access to a full catalog of music content with select playlists available to pick and play on-demand.

You can pick and play any song on-demand from All-Access Playlists, along with a selection of Family songs and a selection of worship-based content.

Music from other playlists, artists or albums will play in shuffle mode, where you will get a mix of the requested music and other similar music.
