What Are All-Access Playlists?

For customers using Amazon Music with Prime, All-Access Playlists are a set of 15 playlists that you can play on demand and listen offline.

We select from thousands of curated playlists and make a subset of these “All-Access” that are just for you and matched to your listening tastes and history.

All-Access Playlists can be found on the home page, in your Library, and on the All-Access Playlist page in app. These playlists will also have a badge underneath identifying them as "ALL-ACCESS."

Using the Amazon Music app, you can also make your own eligible user created playlist (with 15-50 of your favorite songs) and listen with unlimited skips and offline.

You can switch to another user-created Playlist every 7 days, to access it on-demand. You can only make 10 changes to your All-Access Playlist per day.

Note:
  • Except when listening to All-Access Playlists, skip limits are applicable in most other scenarios.
  • User-created Playlists have skip limits unless they solely include "purchased songs" or it’s an All-Access Playlist.
  • Offline listening in Amazon Music for Prime members is only available within All-Access Playlists.
  • All-Access Playlists that have been recently listened to will be downloaded automatically. To avoid automatic downloads based on data preferences, turn off the "Auto-download All-Access Playlists" option in the settings.
  • All-Access Playlists requested on Echo devices play in shuffle mode.
