How Do I Transfer My Amazon Music Unlimited Family Plan Profile?
As an invited family member, you can transfer your Amazon Music profile to a new Amazon Music account while the Amazon Music Unlimited Family Plan remains active.
Note: You can only transfer your profile to an Amazon account without Amazon Music.
To transfer your profile:
- Make sure that you use either the latest Amazon Music app for Android or iOS, Fire tablet, or the web player.
- Select your profile picture in the top of your Amazon Music app home screen, and then Manage Profiles.
- Select the profile name to open the drop-down menu, and then Edit profiles.
- Choose Transfer Profile to an Amazon Account, and then select Get Started.
- Enter your email address and select Continue to Transfer. Follow the steps in the email confirming the request.
