Audio Not Playing on Fire TV Soundbars
Check your device connections and connect the soundbar to your TV’s HDMI ARC or eARC port.
To troubleshoot audio issues:
- Disconnect the HDMI cable from your TV and the soundbar.
- Unplug the soundbar power cable from the power source for 30 seconds.

- Disconnect all other devices connected to your TV and then connect the soundbar again before connecting the other devices.
If the issue persists:
- Set the HDMI CEC function on your TV to On.
- Set the Speakers or Audio Output setting on your TV to Soundbar or Audio.
