Alexa Routines Aren't Working

If an Alexa Routine isn't working, try these troubleshooting tips:

• Check if your routine is enabled:
  • Open the Alexa app .
  • Select More.
  • Select Routines.
  • Look for the routine under Your Routines.
  • If the routine shows Disabled, select the routine, and then switch to it Enabled.

    Note: If the routine shows Enabled but doesn't work, try switching it to Disabled and then back to Enabled.

  • Make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi.
  • Verify that all devices used in the routine are online and working in the Alexa app.
