Getting Started with Amazon Shop with Points

You can get information on manually enrolling from the Amazon Shop with Points (SWP) page. You may also be automatically enrolled in SWP after completing an eligible purchase on Amazon.co.uk

Using Rewards Points

You can choose to use SWP to buy or rent Prime Video titles by checking the Use Shop with Points box during checkout.

When paying, some or all of your Rewards Points are used to cover the charge.

If there's not a sufficient Rewards Points balance, the remaining amount is charged to the card associated with your rewards account.

Promotional credit and gift card funds are automatically applied first and you can choose to use SWP to cover the remaining charge.

Refund Requests

Points are refunded as per the Prime Video return policy.

Note: Amazon SWP can't be applied to Prime Video purchases or rentals made through Google Play or Apple in-app purchase.
