How to Wall Mount Amazon Ember Artline TV

Use the included wall mounting hardware to mount your device on your wall.

Overview

Warning: You need at least two people to complete this process. Make sure to follow the instructions below to prevent TV damage or serious injury to a child or adult.

Before getting started, you need:

  • The included wall mounting template, along with the bolts, screws, and anchors.
  • An electric drill with a 1/8", 3/16" or 5/16" drill bit and a Phillips #2 driver bit
  • A hammer
  • A level or level app
  • Stud finder

Safety Guidelines

Important: Read these tips before installing the wall mount.
  • If you are installing the wall mount on a drywall without proper stud spacing, we recommend that you contact a professional to complete the installation.
  • Use TV dimensions to plan the placement of the mount.
  • Consider the height of everyone using the device. We recommend placing the TV at eye level.
  • Find a mount location away from water or moisture.
  • Don’t drill holes over electrical wiring or piping.
  • Before mounting, unplug the device from electric outlets.
  • If you’re installing the mount on a brick wall, locate an area free of cracks.

Prepare TV for Wall Mount

  1. Carefully unpack the TV and all included accessories from the box.
    Note: Make sure that you remove all the parts and accessories before disposing of the box.
  2. Remove the plastic bag and lay the TV screen-side down to access the recess cover.
  3. Remove the recess cover and install the mount bolts.

Install the Mount

1. Place the mount template on the wall and attach it with a double-sided tape. Use the template to see approximately where the TV will be mounted on the wall.

2. Use a stud finder to locate two studs. Use a level or level app and mark the center of each stud with a pencil.

Important: If you’re installing on a drywall without proper stud spacing, we recommend that you contact a professional to complete the installation.

3. Place the mount against the wall and mark at least four screw holes. Use a level or level app.

4. Drill the pilot holes using an electric drill.

  • If installing on studs, use a 1/8" drill bit.
  • If installing on a brick wall, use a 5/16" drill bit.
  • After drilling, insert the mount anchors into the holes and secure them using a hammer.

5. Attach the mount to the wall using the mount screws, an electric drill, and a Philips #2 bit.

Note: Make sure to check all the hardware included with the wall mount kit.

6. Mark the locations for four magnet plates on the wall and remove the template.

7. Drill the pilot holes using a 3/16" drill bit and an electric drill.

8. Install the magnet plate anchors (four) using a hammer.


9. Install the magnet plates to the anchors using the magnet screws and an electric drill.

Install TV on the Mount

1. Gently release the bolt latches and fully extend the TV bracket away from the wall.

2. Place four alignment stickers above the mount bolts and bolt latches. Fold the stickers up for visibility during installation.

3. Attach the TV to the TV bracket by hanging the mount bolts on to the mount hooks. Use the alignment stickers for guidance.

4. Close the bolt latches to secure the mount bolts into mount hooks.

5. Gently push the TV to the wall and connect the magnets with the magnet plates on the wall.

Important: Don’t press against the screen during installation.
