Return Items from the Republic of Ireland to the UK

Amazon provides multiple options for returning items from the Republic of Ireland to the UK.

For most items sold and Fulfilled by Amazon, we’ll provide a prepaid return label with An Post. If a prepaid label isn’t offered, you can return items using a carrier of your choice (such as An Post or DPD). Amazon will reimburse the shipping costs and any customs duties for eligible returns.

1. Return options and costs

The return options and costs will differ, depending on who sold and fulfilled the order. The Sold by and Dispatches from entries under the Add to Basket button on each product detail page, show which entity is selling, and which entity is fulfilling the item:

  • Items that are both sold and Fulfilled by Amazon are displayed as ‘Dispatches from Amazon’ and ‘Sold by Amazon’.
  • Items sold by a Marketplace seller and Fulfilled by Amazon are displayed as ‘Dispatches from Amazon’ and ‘Sold by ‘Seller Name’’.
  • Items that are both sold and fulfilled by a Marketplace seller are displayed as ‘Dispatches from ‘Seller Name’’ and ‘Sold by ‘Seller Name’’.
