One or More Devices in Your Speaker Group Won't Work

If your devices are experiencing playback issues, it could be due to a network issue.

Try these steps to resolve network issues when using multi-room music:
  • Make sure that your devices are online and connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
  • Restart your device. Unplug your device, then plug it back in.
  • Remove your device from the speaker group, then add it to the speaker group.
  • Delete the speaker group that you're having problems with, then remake it.
