After Moving, Update Device Location on Your Echo Devices with a Screen

Alexa uses your device's location for weather, time, traffic, and other local features.

Note: Settings menu items for the Echo Hub and Echo Show 5 (all generations) may vary, and those devices will receive a software update soon.
  1. Say, "Go to settings," or swipe down from the top of the screen and select Settings .
  2. Select Device Options.
  3. Select About This Device and enter your complete address.
  4. If you've moved to a different time zone, under Device Options. select Time Zone and make sure it reflects your correct location.
