Report Suspicious Activity
Amazon is committed to providing a safe and trusted shopping experience. If you believe that any product or activity is suspicious, follow these steps to report it. For order questions, go to Your Orders instead of submitting a report.
To report an issue via the product page
- Log into your Amazon account.
- Navigate to the product page.
- Select Report an issue with this product.
- Follow the prompts to select the relevant details and submit your report.
To report suspicious activity through Customer Service
- Visit our Customer Service page.
- Select Report Something Suspicious. You can find this option under Help with something else.
- Select the most appropriate options.
- Follow the prompt to either submit a report, or select I need more help to contact Customer Service.
To report a suspicious phone call, message, or other scam
Follow the instructions in Report a Scam to report suspicious emails, phone calls, text messages, unsolicited packages, or gift card scams.
To report stolen goods
The sale of stolen property is illegal and strictly prohibited in Amazon. If you suspect that a product for sale on Amazon is stolen, contact Customer Service. Use one of the methods on this page and where requested please file a report with your local law enforcement agency.
