What are Shopping Profiles?

For a personalized experience in a shared account, create a shopping profile.

Shopping profiles give adults who share an Amazon account a more personalized experience. Profiles use activities like searches and browsing history to give tailored recommendations to the shopper. To add a shopping profile to your account, go to Add a Shopping Profile

Using shopping profiles won't change how you shop on Amazon. Activities that take place within the account will continue to be the responsibility of the account holder. For more information, refer to our Conditions of Use.

Note:

The nature of account sharing allows customers to have access to all the information under the account, such as wallet, address and order history. Setting up shopping profiles will not enable any additional privacy between customers who share accounts.
