This selection is of fresh produce, meats, seafood, dairy, frozen items, and household essentials. The selections are from the Amazon Fresh, and additional Grocery Merchants on Amazon. How to shop at Amazon Fresh, and additional Grocery Merchants on Amazon

  1. First, please select from our listed merchants as per your preference. Check if your delivery address is located in the coverage area. Visit www.amazon.co.uk/groceries for Amazon Fresh and Grocery Merchants on Amazon.
  2. Then you can place directly from here your Amazon Fresh, and additional Grocery Merchants on Amazon (Morrisons, Iceland, Co-op, and Gopuff) order, making grocery and other shopping one seamless experience. Amazon customers using a desktop, mobile browser, or the Amazon app can access through the following:

    Desktop: Select Amazon Fresh, and additional Grocery Merchants on Amazon (Morrisons, Iceland, Co-op, Gopuff) logo next to All or by the search bar.

    Mobile Browser: Select the Amazon Fresh, and additional Grocery Merchants on Amazon (Morrisons, Iceland, Co-op, Gopuff) link by the search bar.

    Amazon App: Select the menu button at the top left of the app and select Amazon Fresh, and additional Grocery Merchants on Amazon (Morrisons, Iceland, Co-op, Gopuff).

    Important: Amazon Fresh, and additional Grocery Merchants on Amazon (Morrisons, Iceland, Co-op, Gopuff) aren't available on the Amazon App for Tablets.

  3. Now, you can choose items from a wide selection of fresh produce, meats, seafood, dairy, frozen items, and household essentials. These selections are available from the Amazon Fresh, and additional Grocery Merchants on Amazon (Morrisons, Iceland, Co-op, Gopuff).
  4. If you've selected Amazon Fresh items as well as other items on Amazon.co.uk, separate carts will be created. This includes additional Grocery Merchants on Amazon (Morrisons, Iceland, Co-op, Gopuff). You'll need to check out separately for each cart. Separate orders are created to help deliver items faster, and you'll receive separate order confirmations for each order. You'll also be able to track the orders separately.
  5. Once you have filled your basket, proceed to checkout and explore the delivery slots. Depending on the post code area, Grocery Merchant, and slot availability, you can place orders for immediate delivery or up one hour before the delivery window starts for same-day and next-day delivery (within a 1-hour or 2-hour delivery window). The 1-hour delivery window for Amazon Fresh and Co-op is available for Prime and Non-Prime customers, and the 1-hour delivery window for additional Grocery Merchants on Amazon (Morrisons, Iceland) is only available for Prime customers. Gopuff orders can arrive in as fast as 15 minutes for all customers.

If you're already an Amazon Fresh customer, you'll see links to Past Purchases, Shopping Lists, and Orders. This option includes additional Grocery Merchants on Amazon (Morrisons, Iceland, Co-op, Gopuff).

Attended Delivery

Choose a delivery window when someone will be available at your delivery address to receive your order.

Unattended Delivery

Orders that don't contain chilled, frozen, or age restricted products and are below the value of £500 are eligible for unattended delivery. Unattended deliveries are currently only offered through Amazon Fresh.

About Age Restricted Delivery

By placing an order for one of these items, you're declaring that you're 18 years of age or over. These items must be used responsibly and appropriately.

Delivery of age-restricted items can only be delivered to the address on the shipping label, and can include the reception of a commercial building.

We take our responsibility in relation to the sale of age-restricted items seriously. To confirm the recipient is over 18 years, valid photographic ID with a date of birth may be required upon delivery.

The driver will input your year of birth into their device and may then require an ID check to complete the age verification process. Delivery to a neighbor, a nominated safe place location, a locker, or Pickup Point isn't available for these items.

If the recipient isn't over the age of 18, and hasn't been able to show valid photo identification, the item will be returned to Amazon.

If your order is being delivered to a commercial address or residential apartment block, the receptionist, concierge, or mail room attendant receiving your parcel will need to confirm they are over 18 years. A valid photographic ID with a date of birth may be required upon delivery.

List of acceptable photo identification:

  • A passport
  • A European Union (photo card) driving license
  • Ministry of Defence Form 90 (a defence identity card issued to serving military)
  • National Identity card issued by European Union Member State (other than the United Kingdom), and Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, or Switzerland
  • A biometric immigration document (a resident permit issued by The Home Office to individuals going through different stages of the immigration process)
  • A photographic identity card bearing a national Proof of Age Standard Scheme (PASS) hologram
  • A concessionary bus pass (issued by a local authority in the United Kingdom)
