Modify your upcoming Amazon Fresh and Third Party Merchant Delivery

You can modify upcoming Amazon Grocery deliveries that haven't already been prepared yet.

Add items to Upcoming orders

You can add items to upcoming Amazon Grocery deliveries that haven't already been prepared for delivery or pick-up. To add new items to an upcoming delivery:

  • Go to the Fresh or Third Party Merchant store and add items to the relevant Shopping Basket.
  • Once you are done, select Add to Fresh / Third Party Merchant Delivery.

Note: Amazon Fresh / Third Party Merchants orders open to modification will display a "You can still add to this delivery" message.

Remove items from an Upcoming order

You can remove items from your upcoming Amazon Fresh deliveries that haven't already been prepared for delivery. To remove items to from an upcoming delivery:

  • Open the tracking page of your upcoming Fresh order and select "Edit Items."
  • For the items you want to remove, reduce the quantity to 0 and click on "Confirm quantity changes."
Note: It is currently not possible to remove items from an upcoming Third Party Merchant order.

Modify an upcoming delivery slot or pick up time

You can modify your delivery slot or pick up time (if available) for an upcoming order that hasn't been prepared for delivery or pick-up. To change the delivery slot or pick up time, follow the steps below:

  • Go to your profile and select "Your Orders".
  • Select the upcoming order that you want to reschedule and select "Reschedule your order".
  • You will be able to select a new slot among the available delivery windows.
  • Select "Confirm" to update you delivery / pick up time.

You will see the new updated slot in your Order Summary.

Modify your mobile number for notifications in your upcoming order

You can edit the mobile phone number we use to notify you about the order's status and offer potential substitutions when a product is unavailable. To change your mobile number:

  • Go to your profile and select "Your Orders".
  • Select the upcoming order and go to "Confirm your mobile number" section.
  • Select "Edit" to modify your phone number and Save.

The new phone number will be used for notifications for next orders moving forward.

Change delivery instructions in your upcoming order

You can't add or modify your delivery instructions on your upcoming order if the order has already been placed.

If you have delivery instructions within Your Addresses, they won't be applicable for your Amazon Fresh, and Third Party Merchant grocery deliveries.

To add or modify your delivery instructions for future orders, you have to add your delivery instructions during checkout of your order.

The new delivery instructions will be used by your driver in the next order and moving forward.
