Music Not Playing from Sub Pairs

To resolve most issues with sub pairs, restart your Echo Sub.

  • Restart your Echo Sub by unplugging the device and then plugging it back in.
  • Check in the Alexa app to make sure Echo Sub and a supported Echo device are paired.
  • Check that you are using the included power adapter.
  • Check that you are playing supported music content. Line out and Bluetooth connections are not supported.
