Having trouble completing a content purchase on your device? Try the following.

  • Confirm that your Fire TV is connected to Wi-Fi.
  • If prompted, confirm or update your payment settings. You can update your payment settings in Your Account.
  • Make sure that your Fire TV is registered to your Amazon account.
  • Restart your Fire TV.
