Reset Your Echo Flex and Keep Your Smart Home Connections
If your Echo Flex is unresponsive and you want to keep your Smart Home Connections, reset your device.
Tip: Having trouble with your Echo device? Restart your device first to see if it resolves the problem. Just unplug the power adapter from the device or the outlet and then plug it back in.
To reset your device:
- Press and hold the Action button for 20 seconds.
The LED pulses orange, then turns off.
- Wait for the LED to turn blue.
The LED then turns orange again and the device enters the setup mode.
This reset erases all your personal information and device settings but keeps your smart home device connections.
