Add, Delete, and Manage Addresses
You can add, edit and delete addresses for future orders. You can also select a default address to make it easier to place an order.
- Visit Your Addresses
- Do one of the following:
- To add a new address, select Add address. You will be asked to confirm your payment card number the next time you place an order using the new or edited address.
- To edit or delete an address, select either Edit or Delete below the address you want to modify.
Note: If our system detects that your address is wrong, you might be asked to edit it at the checkout. Wrong addresses potentially prevent the delivery of your orders. Common issues that generate wrong addresses are related to missing or wrong names, surnames, street names, street numbers, postal codes, cities or country codes.
- To set a default address, select the corresponding link below the address.
- If a pop up appears mentioning "This address is used as your residential address for digital purchases. To delete this address, first set a different residential address for your digital purchases", please select:
- Set a different residential address for your digital purchases.
- Then select "For content, devices, preferences and privacy settings go to the Manage Your Content and Devices page on Amazon.co.uk."
- Then, on Manage Your Content and Devices, select Preferences.
- And update the address using Country/Region Settings.
Note:
Updating an address in Your Account won't change the shipping address on any open orders, or on your Wish List. For information on how to change the shipping address on any open orders, visit Change Your Order Information. For information on how to change your wish list, visit Create Your List.
