Echo Buds Aren't Holding a Charge

Your Echo Buds are losing battery too quickly.

Note: For Echo Buds (2019 release, 1st gen), wing tips can make it difficult for the case to close.
  • Check that the buds fit well in the charging case. The sensors on the buds should line up with the charging points in the case.
  • Make sure that the LED light on the case is green when the buds are charging.
  • For Echo Buds (2021 release, 2nd gen), make sure that the LED light for each ear bud turns on when placed in the case.
