Use the Alexa App to Check Battery Status on Echo Buds

To make sure that your device is charged, check battery status in the Alexa app.

When your Echo Buds are connected to your phone, you can use the Alexa app to check the charge level. To check the battery level in the Alexa app:

  1. Open the Alexa app .
  2. Locate the Echo Buds card on the home page of the Alexa app.
    Note: If you don't see the Echo Buds card on the home page of the Alexa app, check to make sure that your Echo Buds are connected to your phone.
  3. At the top of the Echo Buds card, you can see the charge level for the left ear bud, the right ear bud, and the charging case.
Tip: If battery status isn't showing in the app, place your Echo Buds in the case. Close the case and wait 30 seconds. Reopen the case and wait 3 seconds before checking the battery status in the app.
