Drop In Not Working
Drop In doesn't connect or can't access a specific device. Drop In disconnects or has poor quality.
You can solve most errors by:
- Checking your Internet connection for the device.
- Making sure that you use the right device or contact name when using your voice.
- Checking your permissions with your contact.
- Checking if Drop In is enabled on your compatible device.
- Signing in and out of the Alexa app when initiating Drop In from the app.
Note: If your device is incompatible, Drop In isn't listed in your device settings.
