Turn Drop In On or Off for Your Device
Use the Alexa app to manage Drop In for a specific Alexa device.
- Open the Alexa app
. - Open Devices
. - Select the Device Type Filter.
- Select Echo & Alexa.
- Select your device.
- Select the Settings
icon. - Select Communications.
- Select Drop In.
Note: Incompatible devices don’t display the Drop In option in their settings.
- Select On or Off.
