Can't Access the Amazon Luna Service

If you can't access games on Luna, check your Amazon account settings and Luna subscriptions.

Try the following steps if you can't access games on Luna:

  • Make sure that the Digital Payment Setting on your Amazon account is set to a valid United Kingdom payment method.
  • Check that you're signed in to the Amazon account associated with your Luna subscription.
  • Go to Your Addresses and confirm that your default address is set to a valid United Kingdom address.
  • Confirm that your Country/Region Setting is set to United Kingdom.
  • Make sure that you're using a compatible device.
  • Confirm that firewalls on your device or router aren't blocking Luna.
