Cancel Your Paid Software Subscription
Cancel subscriptions you no longer need or use from Your Memberships & Subscriptions.
Important: Some publishers allow a full refund for cancellations within a grace period. The grace period varies by product. The grace period is found in the feature offer on the product detail page. Prorated refunds are not available for the unused portion of the subscription if it is cancelled before the end of a billing cycle. After cancelling your subscription, you may lose access to it immediately, regardless of the time remaining prior to the cancellation of your subscription. Refer to your subscription's terms and conditions for more details.
To cancel your subscription:
- Go to Your Memberships & Subscriptions.
- Select Cancel Subscription next to the subscription you’d like to cancel.
- You will be redirected to the cancel subscription page:
- To cancel the subscription immediately select End Now under End my subscription now.
- To continue using the rest of the subscription, but prevent auto-renewal, select End on under Cancel on renewal date.
