Cancel a Free Trial Software Subscription

Some software subscriptions offer free trials. To cancel your subscription when the free trial ends, use these steps.

1. Go to Your Memberships & Subscriptions.
2. Select the Cancel Subscription button next to the software you’d like.
3. You will be redirected to the cancel subscription page.
4. Select how to end the subscription:
   • To continue using the rest of the trial, but prevent the upgrade, select End on under Cancel on renewal date.
   • To cancel the trial select End Now under End my subscription now.
