Alexa Timer Didn't Go Off

Alexa timer doesn't go off or goes off at the wrong time.

  • Unplug your Alexa device and then plug it back in.
  • Make sure that you have the latest software version installed on your device.
  • Make sure that your router isn't blocking one of the ports Alexa uses:
    • 123
    • 40317
    • 49317
    • 33434
    • 443 TCP [HTTPS]
    • 4070 TCP
    • 5353 UDP
  • Check your firewall settings. If they're set to maximum/high security, lower them to standard/normal.
