Update the Software Version on Your Echo Devices with a Screen

Update your device's software version through the device settings menu. These steps also work for Echo Spot.

Note: Settings menu items for the Echo Hub and Echo Show 5 (all generations) may vary, and those devices will receive a software update soon.
  1. Select About this Device.
  2. Select Check for Software Updates to check for and install software updates.
