- The Subscription is monthly or annual plan and is purchased per Amazon account.
- The program is currently only available to customers located in the United Kingdom. Your Subscription will automatically renew each month or year - depending on your selected billing cycle - until you cancel. You may cancel your Subscription at any time with effect to the end of the initial billing cycle, which in case of promotions may vary depending on the offer. The current Subscription fees are stated on www.amazon.co.uk/kidsplus.
- You can cancel your subscription by contacting our Customer Service or from the Amazon Parent Dashboard. You may cancel your subscription at any time effective at the end of the ongoing billing period by contacting our Customer Service or by visiting the Amazon Parent Dashboard. If you cancel your Amazon Kids+ subscription with monthly or annual billing cycle before the initial billing cycle has ended you will not receive a pro-rated refund of the fees you have already paid. You will continue to have access to your Amazon Kids+ subscription through the end of the billing cycle. If you cancel the annual subscription after the initial billing cycle, you will immediately lose access to your Amazon Kids+ subscription and you will receive a pro-rated refund. If you cancel your subscription, the titles you purchased through the program will be removed from your account, your devices and your applications at the end of the billing cycle.

- We reserve the right to accept or refuse a Subscription in our discretion. We may take reasonable actions necessary to prevent fraud, including placing restrictions on the number of titles that can be accessed from the program at any one time.
- We may offer an Amazon Kids+ Free Trial to eligible customers from time to time. We consider your free or paid Subscription history when determining whether you're eligible for a Free Trial.
- You'll need a current, valid credit card to sign up and to pay for the Subscription. Please do not sign up for Amazon Kids+ with a card linked to your bank account, such as a debit card. If we are unable to process your payment using your designated payment method, we reserve the right to charge any payment method we have on file for you in your Amazon customer account. If you purchase a subscription or start a free period for a subscription, your subscription will automatically continue, and you authorize us (without further notice, unless required by applicable law) to collect the then-applicable periodic subscription fee including any taxes, using any payment method we have on file for you. If all payment methods we have on file for you are declined for payment of your subscription fee, your subscription will be cancelled unless you provide us with a new payment method. If you provide us with a new payment method and are successfully charged before your subscription is cancelled, your new subscription period will be based on the original billing date and not the date of the successful charge. You can use "Your Account" settings to update your designated payment method(s).
- At the end of your free period, your subscription will, depending on the free period, be upgraded to subscription with a monthly or yearly billing cycle unless you notify Us prior to the end of the free period that you want to cancel your subscription. If you don’t want to continue your subscription, you can opt out at any time during the free period by contacting our Customer Service or by visiting the Amazon Parent Dashboard. Canceling your free trial subscription at any time during free period, will revoke your rights to all Amazon Kids+ content, and your payment method will not be charged. During the remainder of the original free period, you have the option to re-instate your free period, with the same right to cancel at any time during the original free period if you do not want to continue your subscription.
- The price of your Subscription may change, for example if you become an Amazon Prime member or if you cancel your Amazon Prime membership. We may change the Subscription terms or fees at any time and in our discretion. Any increase in the applicable subscription fee will not apply before the end of your current billing cycle.
- For customers who already have a subscription to Amazon Kids+, your active subscription will be automatically replaced as soon as you activate a new Fire Kids or Kids Pro Tablet, Kindle Kids Edition or Echo Dot Kids Edition, and you'll receive one year of Amazon Kids+ from that time. Learn More.
- The content available in the Subscription may change at any time. We cannot guarantee that any specific book, movie, TV show, app or game or any other content type will remain available via the Subscription, and certain content is only available on compatible devices.
- We may terminate your access to the Subscription at our discretion without notice. If we do so, we will give you a prorated refund. However, we will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, in our discretion, violates any applicable law or terms of use, or involves fraud or misuse of the Subscription.
- Disputes; Limitation of Liability: Any dispute or claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your Subscription is subject to the governing law, disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability and all other terms in the Amazon.co.uk Conditions of Use. You agree to those terms by signing up for Amazon Kids+. Without limiting the disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability in the Amazon.co.uk Conditions of Use, our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the total membership fees you paid in the twelve months prior to the claim.
