Delete a Folder or Notebook on Kindle Scribe
Remove download or permanently delete options are available depending on whether your Kindle Scribe is connected to the internet or not.
Currently, Kindle Scribe doesn't support multiselecting several notebooks for deletion.
- To delete a notebook or folder, select the 3-dot menu below its cover.
A checkmark on the notebook cover shows that the notebook is downloaded on your device.
- Permanently delete removes the notebook from the device and from the Cloud. You'll not be able to recover the notebook after permanently deleting it. The option isn’t available for notebooks or folders created while Sync is off.
- Remove download removes the notebook from the device and frees up space, but keeps the notebook available in the Cloud and shows a default cover of the notebook to easily redownload.
